Kevin Foo
Investment Committee Member
With more than a decade of experience investing in companies across the globe and stages from seed to IPO, Kevin is instrumental in identifying viable investment opportunities and helping portfolio companies execute their growth strategies. His previous roles include being the first-ever Head of Investment of Cap Vista, allowing him to oversee collaborations and investments with international partners such as NATO and the US Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. His area of investment focus is in deep, frontier technology companies ,and his investment portfolio also saw co-investments from Softbank, Silver Lake and Mark Cuban Ventures, to name a few. Having established an expansive, well-connected investor network in Southeast Asia, he also took on strategic advisory roles as part of the Limited Partner Advisory Committees of various investment funds and venture builders across the world.

Dennis has over 13 years’ experience in investing in global equities including 8 years of investing in China on-shore markets. He was previously the Research Director of Overlook Investments in Hong Kong and co-founded Aspen Crest Partners in Hong Kong. His other experiences included stints as an investment analyst at Owl Creek Hong Kong Limited, serving as a portfolio manager at Robeco Hong Kong Ltd, as well as junior roles at Horizon Capital Management and Research Limited in Hong Kong and Citigroup Investment Banking. Dennis has a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering (Major) and Economics (Minor) from Columbia University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Hirofumi Takeda
Venture Partner
Takeda is Founder and President of ViewAsia Corporation, a Japanese consulting firm. He has 40 years of experience in Global Trading and Investment at Japanese Sogo Shosha, serving as Corporate Officer from 2020 to 2022. He was also the Chairman of the Jakarta Japan Club (Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Indonesia) in 2018.
Takeda is a Japanese citizen, and has a BsD from Kyoto University in Japan.
